Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Jolla Shop account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the device for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
